We brought our whole team of 18 to this incredible property for our
offsite, and absolutely loved it! The space is truly one of a kind in Tasmania, every detail has been thought of, with self-contained rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful outdoor areas, and plenty of spots to relax or work together, including offices and lounges.
The pool room, PlayStation, and poker table were massive hits, making it the perfect setup for both team bonding and downtime. The location is super convenient, so close to Hobart, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our team event and would highly recommend it to any group looking for something

This property should be the standard by which all airbnb properties should measure themselves against. We’ve stayed in lots of properties across Australia and this one by far is the best.
From the perfectly folded Sheridan bay sheets, to the bench top water filter, Nespresso coffee machine, Loccitane bathroom products and beautifully designed interior, this is a property that literally shines and the hosts Paul & Stephanie are not just responsible but friendly and amenable.

Fantastic location—just 10 minutes’ walk to Salamanca, with coffee, supermarkets, and transport close by.
The loft is beautifully designed, clean, spacious, and toddler-friendly. It had everything we needed: comfortable bed and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, toiletries, and other essentials. The space felt tidy, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared.
Paul, the host, was very responsive and helpful, especially with early check-in and luggage storage. The check-in process was smooth, with clear, well-documented instructions. Highly recommend and would happily stay again!

Best location for Hobart. Everything is at your doorstep. The place is well appointed and nicely furnished. The hosts are super nice and very accomodating.
They set the apartment up with a high chair and cot for our little one and had loads of toys and games for our older one. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend and would stay again.
